How to take measurements correctly?
Chest girth. Wrap a centimeter around the most voluminous and protruding part of the chest, inhale halfway and fix the volume.
Waist girth. Wrap a centimeter around the thinnest part of your waist, and measure at half a breath. Do not suck in or inflate your belly during measurement.
Hips girth. Measured over the most voluminous part of the buttocks, approximately at the level of the hip joints.
